(2) Use a percussion drill to punch holes for fixing expansion bolts of connecting pieces on the wall. After the guide rail is fixed, the verticality of the guide rail is repeated. Each meter shall not be more than 5mm, the total length verticality shall not exceed 20mm, and the depth of the composite curtain surface embedded into the guide rail (see GBl4102-2005).
(3) Install the rest of the connecting pieces. Spot welding shall be used between the connecting pieces and the guide rail. The spot welding points between each connecting piece and a guide rail shall not be less than 5 points, the width of spot welding shall not be less than 5mm, and no perforation shall occur at the welding place. When using stainless steel guide rail, the welding rod shall be stainless steel welding rod.
Fire shutter door scroll installation:
(1) hoisting fireproof rolling shutter door scroll, set up special command, herringbone ladder, scaffolding, chain hoist should be checked. During installation, first plug the optical axis of the sleeve bearing and seat into the end hole of the reel, and tighten the bearing fixing bolt after aligning the position.
(2) After the reel is installed, the reel can be moved left and right to adjust the position. At the same time, check the level of the reel with a level ruler and a horizontal tube. After adjustment, the optical axis and the reel are fully welded and fixed, and the optical axis and the bearing are fixed with a head screw.
(3) When hoisting the reel, pay special attention not to damage the curtain plate rolled on the shaft, and pad the board when strapping with wire rope.
